I, Sanford Biggs of Sumner County Tennessee, have this day made my last will and testament in presence of James M. Link and W. S. Gourley.
First, after my death I want my debts paid out of my property.
Second, I will and bequeath to my wife H. R. Biggs all my land in Sumner County Tennessee and all my stock, and all my farming tools, and all my household and kitchen furniture, except one horse, bridle and saddle which I bequeath to my son S. A. Biggs, if he stays till he is free if he leaves before he is twenty one said horse fall back to my estate, my wife holds said property her life time or her widowhood.  Said property is to be divided between my children equal at the death of their mother or marriage.  I appoint my wife H. A. Biggs my executor to wind my estate up without bond, to be sued and to sue and pay all my debts and collect all my debts.  This July the 12th 1893.

A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Sanford Biggs dec'd was this day produced in open Court for probate when the same was duly proven by the oaths of James M. Link and W. S. Gourley subscribing witnesses thereto when the same was ordered filed and recorded as the last will and testament of Sanford Biggs dec'd.
