In the name of God Amen.  I Benjamin Roney of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee, being of sound and perfect memory, blessed be God, do this twelfth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and three make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner following, that is to say. I give and bequeath all my real and personal property to my half Brother James Roney son of James and Susannah Roney, and I make and ordain my worthy friends, Isaac Stallcup and Richard Cope Executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said Benjamin Roney have to this my last will & testament set my hand and seal, the day and year above written.

Signed, sealed and declared in the presence of us who was here present at the time of signing & Sealing.
