A written Will and Statement

I Robert White being of sound mind and proper understanding do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at Any Time made.  First I direct that my Funeral expenses all my just be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or that may first come into the hands of my Executrix.  Secondly I give and bequeath to my wife, Lucretia White the remainder of any money my real estate and personal property of every description for her use to be entirely subject to her control during her natural life, then it must be equally divided between my lawful heirs.  "lastly" I do nominate and appoint my wife Lucretia White my Executrix in witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this 24th day of July 1839.

Signed Sealed and published in our presence and we have subscribed our names hereto in the presence of the Sd? testator 24th July 1839.
