I make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all wills heretofore by me made.

1st. At my death I will that my burial expenses and all my debts be paid out of my effects I may die possessed of.

2nd. I wish my nephew Carloss H. Hobdy to have all my part of the farm consisting of about "37 1/2 A" thirty seven and one half acres of land, of the Home place.

3rd. It is my desire and I so will that my nephew Carless H. Hobdy have all my personal property consisting of stock, cattle, household and kitchen furniture & etc. that I may die possessed of after my debts are paid.

In testimony of which I hereby assign this my last Will and Testament in the presence of witnesses, on this the 23rd day of November 1901. Sarah (her mark) Powell

State of Tennessee, Sumner County Court June Term June 12th 1905.

This day a paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Sarah Powell dec'd was produced in open Court for probate when same was duly proven by the oaths of W. T. McGlothlin and E. N. Mequiar subscribing witnesses thereto, when the same was ordered recorded as said last Will and Testament of said Sarah Powell dec'd.
