In the name of God Amen: I Ruth Ozbrooks

now in my perfect memory but in a low state of health, think proper to make this my last will and testament in the first place I will and bequeath my soul to Almighty God and I appoint my trusty friend William Grainger my Executor.

After all my just debts are paid, I will and bequeath all my land and worldly goods to be equally divided between my two children William W. Ozbrooks and Nancy.
