In the name of God Amen. I Nancy D. McKendree of the State of Tennessee and County of Sumner do duly revoke all former wills which I have made with the exception of a deed of life made to my niece Sarah McKendree wife of Dudley E. McKendree and her heirs therein named dated on the 21st of May and sworn in presence of John C. McCreary and Dickenson Austin Subscribing Witnesses and do make and constitute this my last will and testament, viz to my nephew John A. McKendree I bequeath my watch. To the heirs of John A. McKendree I will half of all my property with one Negro Boy named Harvey aged about eighteen years. To my nephew Dudley E. McKendree I bequeath the one half of all the money and notes which I may have at the time of my decease. To the heirs of Dudley E. McKendree I bequeath the half of all my property what so ever not other wise disposed of except one sorrel mare which I will to William A. son of Dudley E. McKendree and I lastly appoint John C. McCreary to be my Executor.
