I, Mrs. Nettie Moore, of Gallatin, Sumner County, Tennessee, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

Item  1 - I will and direct that all my just debts, if any, be paid.

Item 2 - I give, devise and bequeath my house and lot, situated on East Main Street, in the town of Gallatin, Sumner County, Tennessee, to my sister, Mrs. Laura Moore Anderson, for and during her natural life, and at her death I give, devise and bequeath said house and lot to her three daughters, namely, Mrs. Nett Anderson Lackey, Mrs. Kate Anderson Miller, and Mrs. Mannie Anderson Ross, equally, share and share alike, in fee simple forever.

Item 3 - I give and bequeath to my nephew, Dave A. Lackey, one Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars in United States Government bonds.

Item 4 - I give and bequeath to my niece, Mrs. Nett Anderson Lackey three Hundred ($300.00) dollars in United States Government Bonds, and also all the rest and residue of my personal property of every character and kind.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 20th day of July, 1926.

Signed by the testatrix Nettie Moore as and for her last will and testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who, at her request, and in her sight and presence, have subscribed our names hereto as attesting witnesses.

WILL OF MISS NETTIE MOORE, DECEASED.
BE IT REMEMBERED that on this the 12th, day of May, 1938, before the Honorable J. W. McCormack, Chairman of the County Court of Sumner County, Tennessee, Mrs. Kate Anderson Miller and Mrs. Mannie Anderson Ross, two of the beneficiaries named therein, produced in open court a type-written paper purporting to be the last will and testament of Miss Nettie Moore, deceased, bearing the date of July 20th, 1926, having the name of Miss Nettie Moore signed thereto, and being subscribed by H. S. Collier and J. W. Murrey as attesting witnesses, and moved the Court that the same be admitted to probate and record as the last will and testament of the said Miss Nettie Moore, deceased.

And it appearing from the testimony of the said H. S. Collier and J. W. Murrey, the attesting witnesses thereto, that said paper writing was written in the life time of the said Miss Nettie Moore and signed by her, and subscribed in her presence and at her request by the said H. S. Collier and J W. Murrey as attesting witnesses, and that said instrument was executed by the said

Miss Nettie Moore on the day it bears date as and for her last will and testament, and that she was at the time of sound mind and disposing memory and was more than twenty one years of age.

And it furthur appearing to the Court that the said Miss Nettie Moore has lately died, and that her usual place of residence at the time of her death was in Sumner County, Tennessee, it is so adjudged.

And it is adjudged and declared by the Court that said instrument is the true, whole and last will and testament of the said Miss Nettie Moore, deceased, and the same is hereby admitted to probate as such, and the Clerk is directed to file and record the same.
