This is my last Will and Testament
First I direct all my just debts to be paid.  After the payment of my debts I give and bequeath this sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to be divided equally between my two brothers John and Charlie.  I give the sum of Twenty five ($25.00) dollars each to Thos. Walter and Henry Brown.
I give and bequeath the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to each of my three sisters.
After this I give all my remaining property of whatever nature to my sister Minnie Brown to be hers absolutely.  I direct that my two sisters Bettie & Minnie see that all my wishes are carried out to the best of their ability.
In witness whereof I here set my hand.
                                               This 19th day of September 1896.

A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and testament of Miss Mary Foster deceased was this day produced in open Court for probate when the same was duly proven by the oaths of Mrs. F. D. Blakemore and Mrs. Jas. Cage subscribing witnesses thereto when the same was ordered recorded in Will book & filed as said last will and testament of Miss Mary Foster dec'd.
