I, Mary B. Anglea, being of sound mind and memory, and being fully conscious of what disposition I desire made of my property after my death, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament and by this instrument make void any former will heretofore made.

1st;  I desire that my executor herein after named shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses, out of the first money that shall come into his hands, including a suitable monument to mark my last resting place.

2nd;  I desire that my brother G. M. Brown, shall have the sum of One Hundred Dollars, first, for what he has done for me, by attending to my business and looking after my affairs for me.

3rd;  Whatever is left, or remaining after the above has been paid I will to be divided equally between my living brothers and sisters or their heirs, namely Laura T. Hooper, heir of Annie Hooper, Julia Green, Fannie Harris, G. M. Brown, W. C. Brown, Urma Brown, and the heirs of Robert E. Brown my brother, I desire that his share, shall be placed in the hands of G. M. Brown, Trustee, until they become of age, and this includes all the property that I die seized and possessed of both real and personally and I give my executor, herein after named power to sell real estate and make deeds to purchaser if necessary.

LAST:  I nominate and appoint my brother G. M. Brown, the executor of this my last will and testament, and do not require that he shall have to make bond for the faithful performance of this will.

We, the undersigned, witnesses, hereby sign our names as witnesses to the above will, at the request of the testator, who acknowledged in our presence, that this was her last will and testament, and that she signed it of her own free will and accord, for the purpose expressed therein.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MRS. MARY B. ANGLEA, DECEASED.
BE IT REMEMBERED that on this the 6th, day of November, 1937, before the Honorable J. W. McCormack, Chairman of the County Court of Sumner County, Tennessee, R. H. Harsh, attorney, produced in open court a type-written instrument purporting to be a certified copy of the last will and testament of Mrs. Mary B. Anglea, deceased, and moved the Court that the same be admitted to probate and record in Sumner County as the last will and testament of the said Mrs. Mary B. Anglea, lately deceased;

And it appearing to the Court upon examination of said type-written instrument that the same is a duly and properly certified copy of the last will and testament of the said Mrs. Mary B. Anglea, deceased, and which original will was duly and legally probated in the County Court of Trousdale County, Tennessee and is on file and of record in the office of the County Court Clerk of Trousdale County, Tennessee, as the last will and testament of Mrs. Mary B. Anglea, deceased.

It is, therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said instrument offered for probate and record is a duly certified copy of the last will and testament of the said Mrs. Mary B. Anglea, deceased, and the same is hereby admitted to probate and record as such, and the Clerk is directed to file and record the same.
