I Mary Ann Rutledge, wife of E. B. Rutledge, do make and publish this, as my last Will and Testament. I give and bequeath to my husband E. B. Rutledge the tract of land in Sumner County, District No. 11 containing about 93 acres and bounded on the North by the lands of W. Matthews and F. M. Elliott; on the East by F. M. Elliott on the South by Milas Elliott and Richard Love, and on the West by Sam McGee, it being the land on which I live and which I inherited from my Father George Elliott. I do hereby nominate and appoint E. B. Rutledge my Executor and direct that he shall not be required to give bond and surety as Executor.

The last Will and Testament of Mary Ann Rutledge was this day produced in open Court for probate and was duly proven by the oaths of Jo Wallace and S. E. McGee subscribing witnesses thereto which is received by the Court and ordered to be recorded. E. B. Rutledge the Executor named in the will appeared in open court and accepted the execution of the same. No bond required under the law.
