October the 3rd 1841.

In the name of God Amen, I do will and bequeath to my son James W. Lambath one Sorrel Mare and sorrel colt and all my hogs and sheep and cattle, and all my household and kitchen furniture and all my interest in the Spinning Machine. I also will that my daughter Polly Clouge shall be the lawful Guardian of James W. Lambath this is my Will and Testament this day of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one, signed and sealed in the presence of these witnesses. Elizabeth (her mark) Lambath
