Will of Mrs. Jane S. King

Being of sound mind and in good health, I make the following as my last will and testament.

At my death, I wish all my property of whatever nature, whether real personal or any character left by me, to go to my two sons Harry B. King and Thomas A. King, Jr.

Witness my hand and seal, at Nashville, Tenn. this the 2nd day of December, 1909, in presence of the two witnesses whose names are hereto signed. Jane S. King

State of Tennessee, Sumner County Court June Term, June 30th 1911.

A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Jane S. King, dec'd, was this day produced in open Court for probate, when the same was duly proven by the oaths of Eugene Smith and E. T. Thurman, subscribing witnesses thereto, when the same was ordered recorded as said last will and testament of said Jane S. King, dec'd.
