I Precilla Jones, alias Precilla Cartwright, do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.

First. I give and bequeath to my son Jordon Jones all of my estate both real and personal to him his heirs and assigns forever.

Secondly. I appoint Elijah Boddie, Esqr. Executor to this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof, I do hereunto set my hand and affix my seal. This the 9th day of December AD 1846. Precilla (her mark) Jones (Seal) - Precilla (her mark) Cartwright

Signed, sealed, and published in our presence and we have subscribed our name hereunto in the presence of the Testator. This the 9th day of December AD 1846.

State of Tennessee, Sumner County Court February Term 1849 - The last will and testament of Precilla Jones, alias Precilla Cartwright was this day produced in Open Court for probate and was duly proved by the oaths of George W.
