I John S. Saveley make this my last will and testament as follows,
1st Specification  I will that all my lawful debts be paid out of the first money that comes into the hands my Administrator.
2 Specification     I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Almeda Frances all my property consisting of about two hundred acres of land, also stock of all kinds, horses, mules, cattle, sheep and so forth, household and kitchen furniture and farming tools of all kinds.
3rd Specification  I will that my Executor be empowered to sell lands if it becomes necessary to pay debts, and make title to the same as good as if I were makes it myself.
4th Specification  I appoint my wife Almeda Frances Executrix of this my will and without bond or security, given under my hand and seal this June the 29th 1901.

Sumner County Court September Term 1901.

A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of J. S. Saveley, dec'd. was this day produced in open Court for probate where the same was duly proven by the oaths of W. W. Hurt and W. L. Dillon the subscribing witnesses thereto, when the same is ordered recorded as said last Will and Testament of J. S. Saveley dec'd.
