We John Carney, Senior and John Carney, Jr. State they we were called on by Jane Henderson on her death bed to witness her verbal Will at which time she stated that it was her Will and desire that her whole estate should be given to son Samuel H. Henderson at her death this statement was in her last sickness on her death bed, at her last place of residence in Sumner County, Tennessee, and we the undersigned were called on by her to testify and record the above statement given under our hands this 1st day of March 1841.

State of Tennessee Sumner County Court March Term 1841 - Will of Jane Henderson was produced in open Court for probate and was duly proved agreeable to law, by the oaths of John Carney, Sr. and John Carney, Jr. subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.
