I, T. M. Graves of Portland, County of Sumner, State of Tennessee, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form following, this is to say.

1st. It is my will that my funeral expenses with all my just debts, be paid.

2nd. I give, devise and bequeath to my father A. A. Graves, and mother Cynthia Graves 20 acres of land located in the 16th Civil District of Sumner County, Tenn. said tracts of land are known as the Bell and Goostree tracts of land.

3rd. I also bequeath to my parents A. A. Graves and Cynthia Graves my undivided interest in a house and lot situated in the town of Portland, Tenn. said property is known as the J. W. Link property.

4th. And, last I hereby appoint and constitute my father A. A. Graves as administrator of this my last will and testament ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 3rd day of July, 1922. T. M. Graves

Signed, published and declared by the above named T. M. Graves, as his last will and testament, in the presence of us who, at his request, signed as witnesses of the same.

A type-written paper purporting to be the last will and testament of T. M. Graves was this day produced in open Court for probate when the same was duly proven by the oaths of J. G. Butt, and L. S. Link subscribing witnesses thereto and was admitted to probate and ordered recorded as the last will and testament of the said T. M. Graves, deceased.
