Kentucky Misser County August 11th 1813

Calling to mind the mortality of my body and the uncertainty of the time, I do give my soul to God my Savior and my body to be buried as my executors may direct and as touching my earthly property which my father hath lately assigned me in his last will together with whatever may also be allotted me of the Negro family or given me by my kind, uncles or aunts together with my bed and furniture my apparel, I give unto my sister Nelly Graham, also my mare saddle and bridle. After paying all my just debts and particularly the doctors bill for his attending to me in my low estate. And being this low but in full exorcize of my rational powers do appoint and desire my said sister to be sole executrix of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written. Nancy Graham (Seal)
