I, Dennis Robert Fry, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real personal and mixed, of every character and kind, and wherever situated, to my wife, Mrs. Celia Fry, absolutely, in fee simple forever.

Witness my hand this the 24th day of July, 1922. Dennis Robert Fry

Signed by the said Dennis Robert Fry, as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who, at his request, and in his sight and presence, have subscribed our names hereto as attesting witnesses. This July 24th, 1922.

A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Robert Fry, deceased,  was this day produced in open Court for probate, when the same was duly proven by the oaths of Henry Collier and H. Fry, subscribing witnesses thereto, and was admitted to probate and ordered recorded as the last will and testament of the said Dennis Robert Fry, deceased.
