I Emily Brown do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.

First. I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any monies that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.

Secondly. I give and bequeath to John and Susan J. Soper all that I may die possessed of or that may come into the hands of my Executor, provided however that they take care of me while I live.

In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand this the twenty fifth day of June one thousand one hundred & eighty three. Emily Brown

Signed and published in our presence and we have subscribed our names hereto in the presence of the Testator this the day of June 30th 1883.

State of Tennessee, Sumner County Court October Term 1883

The last Will and Testament of Emily Brown dec'd, was this day presented in open Court for probate and was duly proved by the oath of R. F. Coles one of the subscribing witnesses thereto which is received by the Court and ordered to be recorded.
