I C. M. Natcher do make and publish this as my last Will and testament.  I give to my wife Sallie B. Natcher all of my estate of every kind both real and personal.
I appoint my wife Sallie B. Natcher executrix of my will and direct that she shall not be required to give bond and security as said executrix.
This the 1st day of July 1895

A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of C. M. Natcher dec'd was this day produced in open Court for probate when the same was duly proven by the oaths of J. J. Turner & J. B. Peyton subscribing witnesses thereto, when the same was ordered recorded.
