Last Will and testament of Chaney McGee made Feby 1st 1897.

I Chaney McGee being of sound mind do devise this instrument as my last will and testament to wit:

I give my house and lot on Senith Street in Gallatin Tenn. my household and kitchen furniture to Peter McGee my husband for the love and affection I have for him and when I die he is to pay all of my just debts and my burial expenses.  I hereby revoke all other wills I may have made.

Signed and acknowledged in the presence of the testator and at her request in the presence of each other as her last will and testament.
