I Catherine Moore of the County of Sumner and state of Tennessee do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and annulling any and all other heretofore at any time made by me.
Item 1
 I give and bequeath to my two daughters Katie Moore and Nettie Moore, all of my property real and personal equally; and in the event one of these two daughters dies before the other then the survivor of them shall have and take the share of the one so dying and said share is hereby bequeathed and devised to said survivor, on the happening of said event, and the survivor shall take and hold all of said property in fee with the right and power to dispose of it as she pleases.
Witness my hand this the 27th day of February 1891.

Sumner County Court November Term Nov. 12th 1891
A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Mrs. Catherine Moore dec'd, was this day produced in open Court for probate and duly proven by the oaths of Geo. W. Boddie and Thos. H. King subscribing witnesses thereto, where the same was ordered filed and recorded as the last will and testament of said Catherine Moore dec'd.
