I, Kittie Anderson in consideration of the uncertainty of death, do bequeath all that I die possessed of, money, notes and persoanl property, after all debts are paid to my nephew, Jew Bailey in apprecaiation of his love and affection and his care of me in my widowhood.

State of Tennessee, Sumner County Court - May Term - May 2nd, 1919.

A typewritten paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Mrs. Kittie Anderson, deceased was this day produced in open Court for probate, when the same was duly proven by the oaths of William Hester and C. C. Lucas, subscribing witnesses thereto, when the same was admitted  to probate and ordered recorded as the last will and testament of the said Kittie Anderson, deceased.
