C. H. Campbell
Calvin H. Campbell, a prominent farmer and citizen of Sumner County, died at one o'clock Tuesday morning at his home in the 10th District near Rock Bridge. His death followed a long illness. The deceased was born December 8, 1854. He had resided for more than 30 years in the community of his death. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. J. B. Durham of Gallatin and several other children. Funeral services were conducted at the residence at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning. Burial services were held at the Gallatin Cemetery at 12 o'clock.

He was married to Sarah Elizabeth Brown in 1878. Sarah Elizabeth Brown was born on 17 Aug 1854 in Sumner Co., TN. (Sumner County Cemetery Book) She died on 30 May 1928 in Sumner Co., TN. She was buried in Gallatin Cemetery. (1910 Sumner County Census-District 10- shows that Olie is a son, male-white-14 years old-single. Shows also that Cal & Sarah had 7 children and 7 children living.)
