The annual report of the Commissioners of the Poor was read in open Court and ordered spread on the Minutes of this Court and is as follows,

To the Hon. County Court of Sumner County Tenn assembled at the October Term 1909

We the undersigned Poor House Commissioners for your County herewith submit the following report for the year ending Sept 30th 1909
