Orphans Court June Term 1838

Present, the Honorable James Gallagher, Judge of said Court.

On the application of Brantley Bolen, Guardian of the minor heirs of Denon Moody deceased: It is ordered by the court that the inventory of money received belonging to said heirs as returned and sworn to by the said Guardian be received and admitted to record (which said inventory is in the words and figures following, to wit)

Inventory of the amount of money returned by Brantley Boling, Guardian of Littleberry Moody, James E. Moody, Denon Moody, Alexander Durham Moody and Martha Moody, infant heirs of Denon Moody deceased, to wit

The State of Alabama, Lawrence County

Brantley Bolen, Guardian, made oath this day before me that the above exhibit contains a correct return of all the property belonging to the heirs of said Denon Moody deceased so far as has come his hand.
