Inventory of the Real and Personal Property belonging to the Estate of Daniel T. Northam dec'd as made and returned by his Executrix, Sarah A. Northam this 20 June 1881.
Remainder in Fee after the life estate of Lucinda Northam in the following
100 acres, known as the Home place and valued at $400.00
50 acres known as the Sand Hill Tact and worth about $100
One Horse about 7 yrs. aged worth $100
One Top Buggy worth about $50.00
One one horse wagon worth about $20.00
Two Cows and calves worth about $25.00
Four head hogs worth about $10.00
Household & kitchen furniture worth $25.00
Farming utensils worth $15.00
Provisions, Supplies etc. worth about $40.00
Cash on hand at his death $150.00
Sarah A. Northam Executrix of D. T. Northam dec'd being duty sworn says the above is a true and correct Inventory of the Real and Personal property of her Testator. This 20 June 1881.
