For and in consideration of my yearly support and bording and on installment of ten Dollars paid me annually at the End of each year 1st of Jan. I this day do bargain and convey unto my Daughter Lizzie W. Belcher my life time interest in a certain tract of land on which I now Reside situated in the aforesaid county and state and bounded as follows Beginning at a popular D. E. McKendrees SW Corner Running N 100 poles to a Black Oak thence west 23 poles to a Black Oak thence N. 16 poles to a Black oak thence west 80 poles to a hickory thence South 222 poles to a Black gum thence East 48 poles to a mulbery thence North 106 poles to a stake W in Harris Northwest corner thence East 36 poles to the Beginning by estimation being 103 acres and 18 poles be some more or less this indenture and contract is only to Remain during my natural life and at my death it the said tract of land above described is to be equally divided between my two children Seth & Lizzie.  Said tract of land is not liable or subject to any Execution or for the payment of any debt or debts that may be contracted by my Daughter Lizie M. Belcher but at the same time she is to have the Exclusive use and benefit of the place for the time above specified.  In testimony whereof I hereby set my hand and seal on this 10th day of May A. D. 1880.

Sumner County       }  Personally appeared before me O. H. Foster Clerk of the County Court of said county W. B. Read and J. W. Anderson subscribing witnesses to the attached instrument who being first sworn depose and say that they are personally acquainted with the foregoing & writer named Minerva W. Lucas the bargainor and that she acknowledged the same in their presence to be her act and deed for the purpose therein contained witness my hand at office this 7th day of July 1880.
