vs C and M Report confirmed and decree vesting title

This course was again heard before Chancellor Smith on the 21st day of December 1874 upon the previous proceedings in the cause and the following report of the Clerk and Master viz
In this course I would respectfully report that the following purchasers
have paid the entire amount of their purchase money and are entitle to their
deeds viz: William and B.F. Johnson All of which is respectfully submitted

which being unexcepted to, seen and understood by the Court is in all things confirmed. It is therefore ordered and decreed by the Court that all the right and interest of the complainants and defendants , heirs of Benjamin Johnson in and to the following tract of land, situated in the County of Sumner, Tennessee, known as tract No l in the division of real estate of Benj. Johnson, and bounded as following: Beginning in a down Post Oak running South 105 poles to a post oak, thence,East 172 poles to a gum with pointers, thence 105 to a stake on Road, Sourth boundary line with pointers, thence West 172 poles to the beginning, containing one hundred and twenty three acres, be divested out of them and vested in William Johnson, the purchaser, to and his heirs forever. And it appearing to the Court from written statement on file that B.F. Johnson, the purchaser of Lot No 2 in said division has sold the same to William Johnson and requests that the title be vested in the said William Johnson. It is therefore ordered and decreed by the Court that all the right and title of Complainants and defendants , heirs of Benj. Johnson in and Lot No 2 and bounded as following: Beginning at a black gum the southeast corner of Lot No 1 running East 101 poles to a black oak thence South 2 poles to a stake with pointers , thence East 80 poles to a stake with pointers. thence, North 104 poles to a Sassafras, thence West 181 poles to a stake then North East corner to Lot No 1 thence South 105 poles to the beginning containing one hundred and thirty acres, be divested out of them and vested in the said William Johnson to and his heirs forever. A copy of this decree will be certified for registration. The Clerk and Master will make a deed to R.W. Bradley for Lot No 3 upon his paying the whole of the purchase money for the same.
