Samuel Wright Dobbins
vs.
Celia Dobbins

This cause came on to be heard this day before the Hon. J. W. Stout, Chancellor etc. upon the bill of complaint, order pro confesso and proof in the cause when it appears to the court that complainant and defendant were married in Sumner County Tennessee on the 4th day of April 1894 and lived together as man and wife for a number of years.  It further appeared to the Court that the defendant Celia Dobbins had been guilty of adultery upon one or more occasions and that the said offense had never been condoned by complainant, and it further appearing that the allegations of the bill have been fully sustained by the proof, it is ordered by the Court that the bonds of matrimony heretofore subsisting between the complainant and defendant be and the same are hereby dissolved and that an absolute divorce be hereby granted to complainant from defendant.  It is further ordered by the Court that the complainant Wright Dobbins and his security W. G. Stewart pay all the costs of the cause.  It is therefore considered by the Court that defendant recover of complainant and W. G. Stewart the costs of the cause for which let execution issue.
