Elizabeth Brown for herself & Guardian of Robert S. Brown Exparte Be it remembered that this cause came on for final hearing before the Honb'le Thomas Maney Judge & on the 19th day of June 1843 upon the Report of the Commissioner Moses H. Henry which being seen and unexcepted to is in all things confirmed It is therefore appearing that the tract of land mentioned in the Interlocutory Decree containing 83.2.32 poles was sold under the said Decree to Valentine Austin for the sum of Three hundred dollars and that the said purchase money has been paid and which land is bounded as follows:

See exhibit A (There is a small sketch of the land with boundary lines.) Surveyed for Josiah Rippey a certain tract or parcel of land lying in the County of Sumner & State of Tennessee lying on the Waters of Garretts Creek Beginning at a black Oak & Stone standing near the said creek on the W side of the Creek running thence South 37 West 81 poles to two hickorys & Robert C. House's Corner thence South 60 poles to a Chestnut old original corner thence East with the old Original line 116 poles to a Beach thence North 125 poles to a chesnut thence W to the beginning this 16th day of June 1843. It is therefore ordered and Decreed that said Report be confirmed and that the title of the said tract of land be diverted out of the said Elizabeth Brown and Robert S. Brown and vested in the purchaser Valentine Austin and his heirs forever. It is further ordered that the costs be paid by the said Elizabeth Brown for herself and as Guardian of Robt. S. Brown
And that a copy of this decree be certified for registration.
