This cause came in again to be heard on the 4th day of June A. D. 1878 before the Hon'l B. J. Sarver, Chancellor etc. when it appearing from the report of the Clerk and Master that W. R. Tomkins, the purchaser, has paid into the office of the Clerk and Master of this Court all the purchase money for the tract of land mentioned and described in the pleadings and ordered to be sold by the decrees of this Court in this cause, and that said Tomkins has complied with all the conditions and requirements of said sale.  It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all the right, title claims and interest which Complainants, B. B. M. L.  Extr. of Mary Barr, dec'd.  Mrs. E. C. Alexander J. R. A. Tomkins & Son, and W. R. Tomkins, and the defendants, W. P. Stone and Joseph Miller, have, or had in and to the following tract, or parcel of land, lying and being in (old) Dist. No. 5, Sumner County Tennessee, and bounded and described as follows: - Beginning at a planted rock, Thomas Blakemore's N. W. corner - thence S 88 1/2 degrees E. 76 poles to a planted rock - thence N. 1 degree 40 poles E. 91 6/10 poles to a planted rock corner to Jas. Hamilton - thence N. 87 1/2 degrees W 80 poles to a pile of rock corner to said Hamilton - thence N. 12 degrees W 90 poles to a planted rock corner to said Hamilton - thence N 89 1/2 degrees W 160 poles to a large Red oak, said Hamilton's corner - thence S 3/4 degrees, 63 4/10 poles to a planted rock, corner Louis Schluter's N. W. corner - thence S. 43 1/2 degrees E 130 4/10 poles to a planted rock, corner to said Schluter, thence W. 36 degrees E 45 6/10 poles to a planted rock, corner to same - thence S. 45 1/2 degrees E 20 6/10 poles to a planted rock, corner to same - thence S. 45 1/2 W 21 2/10 poles to a planted rock, James Barrow's N. W. corner - thence S 89 degrees E. 67 poles to a planted rock, said Barrow's N. E. corner - thence, N. 1 degree 39 6/10 poles to the beginning, containing 217 acres and 3 roods - be and the same is hereby divested out of them, and the title to said above described tract of land is hereby vested in W. R. Tomkins and his heirs forever.
A copy of this decree will be certified by the Clerk of this Court to the Register of Sumner County for registration.
