 Friday Friday Evening Social - An opportunity to see friends, relatives, and get acquainted with people we haven't met before.  4:00 p.m. in the Hospitality Room at the Comfort Inn.

Reunion headquarters will again be the Comfort Inn in York.

Comfort Inn, 140 Leader's Heights Road, York.  At Exit 14 from Interstate 83.  Their phone number is (717) 741-1000.

The Association has reserved a block of 20 rooms for us at Special Proudfit Reunion Rates.

It's an easy trip from Baltimore - it will take you about an hour. The airport is southeast of the city. You want to get on the Beltway around Baltimore heading west and then north to I-83.  Take I-83 toward York.  The motel is at exit 14, just south of York.  

     Saturday     Hershaull Park - We will have the use the facility on Saturday, July 27th,   8:00a.m. until 3:00p.m.    The park is located near Cross Roads, Pennsylvania.   

Activities include Genealogical exchange, Business meeting, Tours of family sites, and a Catered Lunch  8:30a.m. to 3:00p.m.

 Saturday   The Dobbin House Tavern, Gettysburg - The Abigale Adams Ballroom has been reserved fot 7:00p.m. Saturday, July 27th.  The Dobbins Special Dinner Buffet (Minimum of 30 guests) will cost $18.50 including tax and gratuity.  This room will seat aproximately 100+ persons. Please review the menu as we will include a reply card in the spring newsletter with the individual choice of selection.  If there is enough interest, we will reserve a bus to take us to Gettysburg on Saturday night.

Sunday Guinston Presbyterian Church - Church services will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2002 at 9:30a.m. Followed by a rededication  of the gravestones of Andrew and Sarah Proudfoot in the McAlister Family Cemetery.  Bring your musical instruments and talents to church on Sunday morning.  We will be "creating" our own church service and would welcome any input from those attending including your musical contribution.
