Catherine Coppin, was born in 1839 in Halifax. She was the daughter of James Coppin and Catherine McPhee. I don't know a lot about Catherine, but I am currently trying to find more about her. on 17 July 1854 at Brunswick Street United Church she married William Henry HART s/o William HART and Letita A. WHITMAN, of Guysborough County.  They had the following children:

The Hart Family of Guysborough and Halifax were part of the wealthy West Indies Traders... which used Halifax as their port during the 1800's. William Henry's brother Levi Hart, has a mansion on the corner of Victoria and Spring Garden Road across from the Public Gardens and Sacred Heart Convent.
