"There has always been some question about the date of Mom's baptism. She remembers being baptized in a ditch or irrigation canal -- I think it was about a mile north of where she lived. One of her brothers was baptized the same day she said, and she always said there was a question about the right date.
I know Mom was always so careful to get her dates correct, and would double check things. I know when Eunice sent to the Logan Temple about their sealing date and got a certificate that was one day different than what Mom had written down we were all surprised. Mom said from Logan they had gone over to West Weber to visit with Aunt Sophie and she had somehow lost the original certificate." e-mail from Faun Miller Dutson 2-14-2006 gmw
