1 male of 40 under 50----- this is Richard, actual birth unknown.

The 1850 Federal census for Richard Price gives the names
and ages of children living in household as Suncha (Lyncha) age
19, Hannah age 13, Jane age 9 Elizabeth age 5.
I first thought the 2nd child in the 1830 census was Lyncha,
born 1831, but in the 1840 census, an additional female child
is again accounted for. Elizabeth was born in 1844/45.
