4. Consuelo Marinez² Gonzalez (Santos Martinez¹ Ruiz) was born in Isabela, Puerto Rico 1909. Consuelo died 1940 at 31 years of age.

Consuelo Marinez Gonzalez had the following children:

+ 10 iii. Luis Velez Martinez was born March 11, 1933.
