IMMIGRATION RECORDS: She was 50 years old, listed as Matilda BAIRD, when she came across the plains with her sons, Richard Alexander and Brigham Young BAIRD, in the Alvus H. Patterson Company, Departure: 29 or 30 June 1863, Arrival in Salt Lake Valley: 4 September 1863, Company Information: About 200 individuals and 50 wagons were in the company when it began its journey from the outfitting post at Florence, Nebraska (now Omaha). Where are all of her other chidlren at this time?
