William Thomas CORLEY

At the residence of Mr. Nathan Horning of the Iron Hill neighborhood, Mr. W. T. Corley and Miss Susie Chandler were united in marriage by Rev. J. A. Hunt. After the ceremony, the bride and groom and many of their friends went to J. S.(John Seth) Corley's, father of the groom, where an excellent supper had been prepared.

She was 39 in 1880, single, living with her parents.


William B. JENNINGS

He was 6 in 1850.

MILITARY RECORDS: He served in the Union Army in Company F, 15th Regiment Kentucky Volunteers during the Civil War.

Jasper N. MCDOWELL

He was 20 in 1860.

MILITARY RECORDS: Jasper McDowell was born February 4, 1840. He enlisted October 26, 1863 in Co. A, 48th Ky. Infantry. He was discharged December 17, 1864 as a Corporal. He died November 1, 1919 and is buried in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery References: WPA Veteran's Grave Registration, Crittenden County, Ky, Western Kentucky Journal, Vol. XI, No. 2, pg. 41
