Last Will And Testament of - James Baird I, James Baird, of the County of Randolph, and the State of Illinois, do hereby make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, to wit: First it is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid. Second, after the payment of such debts and funeral expenses, and after having given previous to this date unto all my heirs not herein named the amounts they ought to have, it is my will that my daughter, Sarah A. Fletcher BAIRD shall have all my real estate after my widow's dower. I leave all my personal property jointly for my widow and daughter. And lastly, I hereby constitute and appoint Alexander P. BAIRD, executor of this my last will and testament, revoking and annulling all former wills by me made, and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
