Kate MITCHELL, 102, of Marion died at 9:05 a.m. Friday at Crittenden County Convalescent Center. Mrs. Mitchell was a member of Marion United Methodist Church. Surviving are a son, William MITCHELL of Fort Thomas; two daughters, Lois SULLENGER and Bettie CANNON, both of Marion; 12 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mose MITCHELL; four sons, James, Robert, Clyde and Carl MITCHELL; five brothers; and one sister. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion. The Revs. David WINDERS and Wayne GARVEY will officiate, with burial in Mapleview Cemetery.
