BIGHAM, R. L. written 22 April 1852 and probated 9 March 1863, mentions wife Lavenia and son Robert edwyn, witness was C. C. Bigham.

She was 17 in 1850.


Daniel BIGHAM

He was 25 in 1880 living with his brother Robert and working as a farm laborer. In 1910 he was living with his brother William L. in Marion. In 1913 when his sister Nannie died he was living in Marion. He was 64 in 1920 living with his brother William L. in Marion on North Main Street.

NEWSPAPERS: Crittenden Press Friday, May 28, 1920---Mr. Dan Bigham passed away Sunday night at ten o'clock, at Walker Hospital in Evansville, of a complication of diseases. Mr. Bigham was sixty-five years of age and was born and raised in Marion, and was a member of one of the oldest families of
Crittenden County. The funeral was held at the home of Mr. W. L. Bigham, a brother, at two thirty o'clock Tuesday afternoon, Rev. H. R. Short officiating, and the interment at the Old Cemetery just south of town where his relatives are buried. Mr. Bigham is survived by two brothers, Mr. W. L. Bigham of this city with whom he made his home, and Mr. R. E. Bigham of Los Angeles, California.


Elizabeth BIGHAM

She was 22 in 1880 living with her brother Robert. She had a court order issued 18 January 1881 that judged her 'insane' and sent her to the Western Kentucky State Hospital. She had died before 1913, when her sister Nannie died and was buried on the grounds of the hospital.


Narcissis BIGHAM

She was 20 in 1880 living with her brother Robert.

She was at the Western Kentucky State Hospital in Hopkinsville by at least March 1894. She was at the Western Kentucky State Hospital in 1900 age 40 born Febuary 1860 and it said she could read and write. It did not state why she was there. In 1920 she is still at the hospital age 55 and it does not say why.

She died of ovarian cysts. She was buried in the family plot at the old cemetery. Her funeral was preached by Rev. W. P. Gordon.


Newton Harvey BIGHAM

He was 18 in 1850 and was living with his brother Robert L. Bigham.

NEWSPAPER: The Crittenden Press Newspaper, August 20, 1903, Charlie Clement and W. H. Bigham, has given there lane a good working friends take pattern and do likewise. August 27, 1903, W. H. Bigham and daughter and C. A. Walker and son were at Crittenden Springs Thursday, W. H. has purchased a brand new buggy.

In 1910 he is living with his daughter Addie Hill.
