"MOSCOW, April 21, - The people of Moscow and vicinity were favored last evening with an entertainment given by the young ladies of Moscow for the
benefit of the Methodist church.
The programme, so well arranged by Miss Helen Adams, was all that could
have been desired.  It consisted of music, tableaux, recitations, etc.  The
principal feature of the occasion being a hoop drill by sixteen of Moscow’s
loveliest daughters, directed and supervised by Miss Olive Tackaberry,
consequently the drill, as well as the balance of the programme was a
decided success.  The young ladies were dressed in beautiful uniforms and
splendidly drilled.  The entire affair reflects much credit upon both
managers and participants."
