MRS. SARAH MANLEY DIES, WIDOW OF FIRE CHIEF

Mrs. Sarah Manley, widow of Chief John Manley of the fire department of the Lackawanna Railroad, died yesterday morning at the family home, 2015 Farr Street, after a brief illness of pneumonia. Mrs. Manley was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Lally. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul's Church. She is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Sadie Jones, Mrs. P. J. McDonald, Mrs. J. W. Kimble and the Missus Catherine and Gertrude Manley, Scranton; Mrs. Michael Culkin, Schenectady; two sons, Peter and Gerald Manley, this city; 14 grand-children and three great-grandchildren.
