MRS. RICHARD GALLAGHER DIED IN HER NORTH END HOME TODAY
Mrs. Richard Gallagher, a well known and highly respected resident of North Scranton, died this morning at 1:40 o’clock at the family home, 1735 Perry avenue, following a lingering illness. She had been a resident of North Scranton for many years and her death will be deeply mourned by a wide circle of relatives and friends. Mrs. Gallagher was a member of Holy Rosary Church and was affiliated with its various women’s organizations. Surviving are her husband, four daughters, Mrs. Joseph Langan, Mrs. Lawrence McHale and Mrs. W. S. Barrett, of this city and Mrs. Charles Collins of Wilkes-Barre; two sons, Patrick, of this city, and John, of Mohawk N. Y.; three sisters, Mrs. James Ford [Cecelia] and Mrs. Patrick Timlin [Catherine], of Scranton, and Mrs. Ellen Conway, of Ireland; one brother, Patrick Clifford, also of Ireland.
