Mrs. Joseph PAVLOVIC- note: this is hard to read !
    Mrs. Joseph PAVLOVIC, the wife of Joseph PAVLOVIC, a well known pioneer resident of Liberty township died at a hospital in Sioux City on Monday evening follwing an operation.  Mrs. PAVLOVIC had been ill the past few weeks with a complication of diseases and with advice of a physcian was taken to Sioux City last Saturday to undergo an operation as it was considered the only thing that could save her life.
    Mrs. PAVLOVIC was 64 years of age.  She was a native of Boheman, Europe, and with her husband and family came to Plymouth County in 1879, settling on a farm in Liberty township, which has beed the family home since.
    She was the mother of J. W. PAVLOVIC county recorder of Plymouth county, who lives in this city.  The other children which with their aged father are left to mourn her death are; Mrs. A. CLUCKERT of Sherman, Wyom.; Mrs. M. KODYRA of Omaha, Neb.; MRs. B. R. BURKETT of Potosian and Adolph PAVLOVIC, who lives on the home place in Liberty.
    The funeral was held on Wednesday in Sioux City and the interment made in the Liberty Township cemetery.
    Mrs. PAVLOVIC enjoyed the respect and esteem of the ??????? in which she lived so long.  She was a devoted wife and mother and an ??? homemaker.    23 Mar 1908
