Was Former Perry Resident Grace Cassady
    Mrs. Grace CASSADY, 80, a Sioux City resident for 20 years, and a former Perry Township resident, died Friday in a Sioux City hospital after a long illness.  She was the former Grace HURM.
    Mrs. CASSIDY was born May 12, 1863, in Switzerland.  The family came to America when she was 3.  She married Byron CASSIDY in Plymouth county April 10, 1904.
    Mr. Cassady died December 12, 1945 in Sioux City.  The Cassidy family formerly farmed and owned the farm recently owned by Mr. and Mrs. Herbert BURNETT, Mr. and Mrs. Charles PRIDIE, Jr. and family reside there now.
    Survivors include a son, Walter of Sioux City; three daughters, Mrs. Charles EVANS of Omaha, Mrs. Nettie BAKER of Sioux City, and Mrs. Esther MCNEIL of San Fransico; three half - brothers, George GLAU of this vicinity, and Fred and Julius of Texas; and a half - sister, Ms. Lena MILLER of Texas.
    Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Manning - 0' Toole Funeral home.   Rev. M. GREEN of Grace Methodist church officiated.  Burial was in the Liberty township cemetery.
