John LYONS was born about 1768 Tipperary, Ireland - height 5'7" - dark complexion - dark brown hair - hazel eyes - trial 1800 in Spring (April) Assizes Tipperary, Ireland - age 26 years - sentence Life - sailed from Cork, Ireland on 29 November 1801 - arrived on the ship "Atlas" 7 July 1802.

John's crime: Apparently he was involved in the 1798 "Rising" and was tried for being a rebel. He was part of a group known as "croppies" because many of the group wore their hair cropped.

Mary PAGE was a convict - trial 5 March 1803 in Worcester City Assizes, England - age 23 years - sentence 7 years - sailed 6 December 1803 from Cowes, England - arrived on the ship "Experiment" 24 June 1804.
