Kay Hermes, Heath Brickle Coffeecake

1/2 Cup of Butter |
1 Cup of Buttermilk |
|
2 Cups Flour |
1 tsp. Soda |
|
1 Cup Brown Sugar |
1 Egg |
|
1/2 Cup White Sugar |
1 tsp. Vanilla |
|
1/2 Cup Heath Brickle Chips |
Topping
1/2 Cup Heath Brickle Chips
1 Cup Pecans
1/2 Cup of The Above Butter, Sugar and Flour mixture.
Blend Flour, Butter, and Sugars. Keep 1/2 Cup of mixture for Topping. To the rest add Buttermilk, Soda, Egg, Vanilla and 1/2 cup of chips. Blend Well. Pour into Greased and Floured 9 by 13 inch Pan. Combine Topping ingrediants.Sprinkle over top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Top with very thin Butter, Powdered Sugar and Milk Glaze.
