Thomas Pilkington b.c.1751 died at Wheelton in 1824. His immediate descendants lived in the Anglezarke area, and had very close links to the Presbyterian Church at Rivington. I would like to thank anyone who may have contributed in any way towards this research, especially local historian Geoff Halliwell, and my 'cousins' Paul Lacey and Audrey Foster.
